On January 8th, 1935, Jesse Garon Presley and his twin brother were born in Tupelo, Mississippi. Jesse was stillborn. On October 20th, 2011, a young man returned to Israel after fifteen years of self-exile. Together, these two ghosts become a travelogue passing through the Judean landscape in search of an intertwined closure. Prose and poetry collide in this lyrical memoir colored with the lens of magical realism. This is the debut work in the prodigal son trilogy.
